Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, and mailing address when you donate or contact us.
• Donation details such as the amount, date, and frequency of your gift, which we keep for receipts and required recordkeeping.
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address and pages visited, used only to keep the site running and secure.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

• To process donations and send tax receipts.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send program updates if you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade our donor list. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Embedded videos

Some pages embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. Those players may set their own cookies when you press play. We use privacy-enhanced embeds where available, and the players are governed by their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we are legally required to keep, such as donation records). Email us and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
