By using this site or making a donation, you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.
Donations
Donations to Limitless Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: XX-XXXXXXX, placeholder), are voluntary charitable contributions and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Unless stated otherwise, no goods or services are provided in exchange for your gift. A receipt is emailed to you after each donation.
Monthly gifts
Monthly gifts are charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@limitlessfoundation.org, and the cancellation takes effect before your next billing date.
Mistakes and refunds
If you made a donation in error, entered the wrong amount, or see a duplicate charge, contact us within 15 days and we will make it right.
Site content
The content on this site belongs to Limitless Foundation. Participant stories are shared with permission. You are welcome to share our content for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe, and some pages embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. Those services operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
This site is provided as is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and available, but we make no warranties and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE, placeholder], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
